What are momos?

Momos can be found at vendors all across Asia, but they're most commonly found in the Himalayas region.

The simple answer is that momo is simply delicious! The savory filling options include potatoes, lamb, chicken, shrimp, or vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini. What are afghani momos?
Afghani momos are momos served with with cream and light spices. Cooked (steamed or fried) momos are simply tossed in the afghani sauce giving you a new dish called afghani momos
